Sean “Diddy” Combs was recently accused of 25 counts of sexual assault, among whom were girls below nine years of age. Tuesday alone brought 120 new sex abuse lawsuits against the embattled rapper, Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee said at a news conference. The fresh claims emerged just a few weeks after the 54-year-old actor was arrested for sex trafficking.

Buzbee, who is taking the 120 accusers’ cases, revealed the civil suits against mid-1980s to the present, and said, “I want to emphasize the ages of these victims. Is it shameful, when speaking of the age of these victims at the time the conduct took place? Posted that the group of accusers ‘is split male and female,’ he added that the youngest person on the list was only nine.

“This individual who was 9 yrs old at the time traveled to New York City with Bad Boy Records, there were other boys at the audition too,” Buzbee said to the reporters as quoted in Page Six. “This woman was raped by Sean Combs and several other people in the studio with the assurance of giving him, his parents a recording deal.”

The attorney continued to present another minor victim who, the lawyer said, “was taken to New York City to attend a party where she was given a drink laced with a sedative and taken to a room, allegedly with Mr. Combs present…This female individual was raped and then other individuals took turns raping her.” Buzbee said all these children were lured under the guise of the promise “I’ll make you a star”.

“We will reveal the enablers who allowed this conduct out of sight,” Buzbee continued “We will continue to investigate this case no matter the identity of the people implicated”. “There are many people on that list already but given the nature of this case, we shall not proceed to act until we are beyond certain of our accuracy. These names will shock you.” On the other hand, Combs’ lawyers dismissed any ‘false and defamatory’ allegations against him as per USA Today.

NEW YORK — Rapper and entertainment mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed an appeal of a US district judge’s ruling to keep him detained as a risk of flight ahead of his trial for counts of sex trafficking.
A notice of appeal was filed Monday in the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals by the hip-hop mogul’s lawyers after stating that they would petition for the release by the appeals court of Judge Andrew L. Carter.

Combs, 54, has been detained at Metropolitan Detention Center, Brooklyn since he entered a not guilty plea on September 17 to accusations while he allegedly used his authority and influence to lure female victims into ‘‘powerfully drugged’’ and tin dishes sexual performances involving male sex workers in ‘‘Freak Offs.

He decided against a defense plan that would let the “I’ll Be Missing You” hit maker remain free, but home confined at his Florida residence under electronic device anklets with limited freedom of movements and restricted visitors.

Combs’ proposed plan to ask the court to release him on a $50 million bail was said to be “insufficient” by the judge for the protection of the community and the uncontamination of the case against Combs. It was for this reason that Carter stated that there was no condition, or combination of conditions, that could be put in place to protect Combs’ witnesses from threat or harm by him.
Prosecutor Michael Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo proposed that Combs be transfer from the Brooklyn jail declared to have been murderers’ den to one in Essex County in New Jersey. He later abandoned that idea.

Combs is expected to return to court for a status hearing on Octoner 9.
