Sahil Kanuga Named Partner at Cyril Amarchand in White-Collar Crime and Dispute Resolution

Sahil Kanuga, Former head of Dispute Resolution at Nishith Desai Associates has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as Partner in the firm’s White-Collar Crime and Dispute Resolution Specialisation at Mumbai.

The formal education of Kanuga was received at KC Law College. He earned his LL. Mr. in Business Law from the Mumbai University in the year of 2007.

He has practiced for approximately 20 years and has represented international and national clientele in the areas of cross-border disputes, corporate matters, compliance and training and internal and regulatory investigations including corporate governance, employment investigation as well as whistle-blower complaints.

Kanuga worked with Nishith Desai Associates for more than a decade.

On extending a warm welcome to him to CAM, the CAM managing Partner, Cyril Shroff said.
