New York jury finds former US president Donald Trump guilty on all counts in hush money trial
A Manhattan jury immediately convicts the 45th President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, on 34 counts in total of offering to give money to silence a mistress in his New York hush money criminal trial as all 34 felony counts are proven of False Business Records in the first degree. Michael Cohen, the former lawyer of Trump was a key witness of the prosecution wherein, he directly pointed the former president as being involved in the hush money scheme. The defense counsel for Trump choose to go straight and hit on the character of Cohen, pointing out that the man was convicted for lying in the US House and Senate intelligence committees.
Nonetheless, the conviction did not deter the jury from getting to a conclusive and rational evidence that Trump had provided false business records.

The defence phase of the trial is currently in its final phase and the sentencing hearing will be conducted on the 11th of July. The event to nominate Trump for re-election in the 2024 election of the presidency is expected to commence 4 days later at the Republican National Convention on July 15.
