The child’s own mother has filed a Criminal Complaint identifying each of the seven YouTubers by name as the proposed accused and stating further that they provided a video which had been deliberately created for the specific goal of ridiculing and slanderously liberally portraying my religious beliefs.

It has also accused them of invading his privacy.

The conduct of the accused persons has forced the ‘present complainant to the stage of absolute collapse and family suicide’, it states.

The acts of the accused persons have brought about terrible emotional distress to the complainant’s young child, given the fact that the complainant’s child is 10 years old. He is also, in many instances, denied the right to express his chosen religion or go through the day without expecting harassment or even physical or online insults.”

Most of the child’s videos have gone viral on social media platforms for several weeks, and many have doubted the legitimacy of his actions and spirituality.

Some have also complained that he might be doing so under pressure from his parents for fame and other worldly advantages.

Recently, the minor made headlines in connection with such a video as he was captured dancing joyously before a religious man. It also seemed to enrage Hindu spiritual leader Swami Rambhadracharya enough for the man to scold him in public on camera.

The case at the magisterial court level states that defendants are making money through content aimed at children. It proceeded by arguing that the YouTubers are anti-Hindu.

‘The accused is said to be an anti-Hindu entity and the videos which the accused released were designed to incite hate against the practices and beliefs of the Hindu religion and thus introduced evil in the practice of the faith among the Hindu community.’

The actions of the accused are not only malicious in defaming the victim but also a premeditated attempt to cause disenfranchisement to religious tolerant and incite hatred, it says.

The complaint has requested an order for the filing of an FIR for offences including criminal conspiracy, outraging religious feelings, cheating, criminal defamation, criminal intimidation and extortion.

It also notes that the complainant had previously taken her complaint to the Police, but they did not take the right legal steps against the accused.
