Draft of Petition by Husband for Dissolution of Marriage with Damages against Co-respondent by Reason of Adultery

When a husband discovers that his wife has committed adultery with another person, he may file a petition for dissolution of marriage with damages against the co-respondent. Adultery is considered a valid ground for divorce under many laws worldwide. The petition should be filed in the appropriate court where the husband resides, and it should include evidence of the wife’s adultery and the co-respondent’s involvement. The husband can also claim damages from the co-respondent for the emotional pain and suffering caused by the adultery.
