Most respectfully showeth: –
- That 3/4 day back opposite party who is step brothers gave out a purse containing Rs. 5 lakhs which
was stolen from the almirah of complainant party creating ill-feeling between for the share of property left
by late FG (father) worth one crore. - That PF son of complainant is missing since yesterday and untraceable. That applicant reasonably
believes and apprehends that opposite party XZ have confined wrongfully PF some where in the vicinity
of this house for the purpose of extorting large amount of money from the complainant by holding or
continuing PF in order to compel complainant AB to pay share in the property so left by Late FG. It is
infact PF who has seen XZ stolen the purse. - That the confinement of PF is an offence under Section 347/348 IPC.
In the circumstances, applicant prays this Hon’ble court to please pass an order and search-warrant u/s
97 Cr. P. C. directing police to search the place XZ and rescue PF from the wrongful confinement by XZ
and produce before the Hon’ble Court and liberate and set-free or restore to the parents.
