ANM Global has Recently Appointed Our New Panel Member for Telecom and Dispute Resolution, Nittin Bhatia

Nittin Bhatia has recently been appointed as Partner at ANM Global specialised in telecom and dispute resolution at the Delhi office.

Bhatia, graduated in the year 2005 from Amity Law School, New Delhi.

Telecom and Dispute Resolution will be lead by Bhatia, who accumulated over 18 years of work experience, thus enhancing ANM Global’s expertise in those verticals.

Civil and criminal matters have been a principal focus of his career, where he has been an advocate and appeared for clients in both Supreme Court of India as well as the various high courts, and few specialized quasi-judicial forums such as Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal(TDSAT).

He has the broad specialization in the area of litigation, arbitration and corporate laws with special emphasis in field of IP rights, restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency.

I mentioned that before joining the ANM Global, Bhatia launched his own practice at NPV Legal and had to deal with an extensive list of issues related to litigation.
