Akhil Chowdary Unnam Joins Unnam Law Firm as Head of Disputes
Unnikrishnan, Akhil Chowdary from the ICC International Court of Arbitration’s Singapore team which he served as the Deputy Counsel for over eight years has joined Unnam Law Firm being appointed Head of Dispute Practice.
In this regard, this move adds Asian Pacific arbitrations specialist to the firm.
Unnam joined the ICC International Court of Arbitration as an arbitration associate in 2018 at the Paris Headquarters and then joined the ICC Secretariat in Singapore where he worked for almost six years. He was involved in more than 170 times challenging foreign investment arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution throughout his lifetime of work, and another won him reputation in institutional arbitrations.
On the remarks about Unnam’s appointment, Sravan Unnam the Managing Partner of Unnam Law Firm stated that
